What are the check-in / check-out times?
You can check into your room between 16:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival. If your arrival is outside these times, please let us know in good time. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. so that we can prepare it for the next guests.
Where can I park?
The smartHOTEL has its own large parking lot near the cable car (approx. 300 meters away), which our guests can use free of charge. For arrivals and departures or for loading and unloading, you can stop directly in front of the hotel. A free parking lot is available for our apartment guests directly at the Egger Wirt.
Is there an elevator in the hotel?
Yes, the smartHOTEL is equipped with an elevator.
