The hand and bath towels in the rooms are changed every second day of your vacation. Should you require an additional change, we will charge a small fee for this.

We have a small number of bathrobes available for hire at the hotel, but recommend that you bring your own if required. Unfortunately, we do not have bathing shoes.

The smartHOTEL has its own large parking lot near the cable car (approx. 300 meters away), which our guests can use free of charge. For arrivals and departures or for loading and unloading, you can stop directly in front of the hotel.
Free parking is available for our apartment guests directly at the Egger Wirt.

Yes, the smartHOTEL is equipped with an elevator.

The nearest ski rental is directly at the valley station of the Gipfelbahn Fulseck at Sport Egger in Dorfgastein.

You will find the Holleis Ski School and Angerer Ski School in Dorfgastein in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. For more information and prices, please visit the respective ski school websites.

Where can I buy ski passes?

We recommend that you buy your ski ticket online in advance to benefit from the early bird discount. Of course, you can also buy your tickets conveniently on site! You can find the ticket store online here.

Yes, our wellness area is reserved exclusively for guests of the Smarthotel to ensure a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.

Massages are available on request. Please contact reception in good time so that we can organize an appointment for you.

No, there is no pool at the Smarthotel. Instead, our guests enjoy free admission to the Dorfgastein solar pool in summer. The solar pool is open from May to September.

Our wellness area offers you a sauna, a steam bath, an infrared cabin and a relaxation room – perfect for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. Use is free of charge for our guests.

Our Egger Wirt restaurant is available for à la carte dishes at lunchtime. It is located just a few meters from the Smarthotel.

In addition to our breakfast buffet, half board includes a varied 3-course menu in the evening with starter, main course and dessert. We attach great importance to fresh, regional ingredients.
